Simply put, we don't use third-party payment platforms. We use Stripe for checkout and payment processing. Stripe is well-respected in the payment processing industry and has achieved PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification—the most stringent level of certification available. Stripe and Veo4 enforce HTTPS to ensure your payment data is transmitted securely. HTTPS encrypts your information and verifies the integrity of communication between your browser, Veo4, and Stripe. We never store your payment information on our servers. All payment information is sent to Stripe and then stored encrypted on disk using AES-256 encryption. Veo4 receives a unique identifier key, which we use to reference your payment information when requesting payments through Stripe.

In addition to credit and debit cards, we also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay (for current or previous subscribers only), or Link as payment methods. These options are only available in certain regions—please click the links to check if your country/region is supported.

Like many internet services, we use a subscription model. We charge you periodically to access our tools and content. Charges are collected at the beginning of each billing period. The billing period starts from the day you subscribe and ends one month or one year later, depending on your chosen plan. If you don't wish to renew monthly or annually, simply cancel anytime during your subscription period. Your account will remain active until the end of your subscription period. After your subscription ends, you will only have access to the free tier. Don't worry! If you decide to subscribe again, you can continue using your previous services.
